Light American Ale malt base to enhance the hop character this style is known for. Bitterness is moderate at 50IBU, and the late hop character is strong, with notes of citrus and tropical fruits from selected American (Simcoe and Mosaic) varieties. Fermented with American West Coast yeast to give a clean base for the hops.
